Demise of Robert Woode, gent., of Kele (Staffs.) - in fulfillment of the intention of Richard Walley, gent. - to Humfrey Boghey, son and heir of Robert Boghey, of a messuage, lands, and tenements in Annysley (Staffs.) of which the said Richard Walley enfeoffed Laurence Bothe, late bishop of Durham, Richard Walley, clerk, William Banastre, all now deceased, and to the grantor to the use of the said Robert Boghey and his heirs, in consideration of the labour and expense which he spent about the recovery of the manor of Dorlaston and other lands in the county of Stafford on behalf of the said Richard Walley; and quitclaim by the same to the same of his right therein. Dated 31 July, 3 Henry VIII.
